When Do I Need A Bike Fit?

This can seem like a relatively simple question but there are a number of things that can alter the frequency we would recommend:

  • Have you recently increased your riding volume?

  • Have any discomfort or pain when or after riding?

  • Thinking about or have recently got a new bike.

  • Wanting to add triathlon bars to your bike.

  • Switching from flat pedals to cycling shoes / cleats

  • You have gained or lost weight or had an injury

  • Returning after a break or new to cycling
